We will start with
the Community Center, as this is less than one minutes walk. There you will
find an Olympic Size Pool, Water Slides, Lighted Tennis Courts, Basket
Ball courts, Park with BBQs, and a slip way, just in case you bring your
jet ski.

And then there's
the beach!
This beach wins
awards, they groom it every day (around 5:30 a.m.). It is a wide beach
which consists of sugary white sand, better than Cancun.

the beach.

Famous for its Sunsets. We can go on
and on about our beautiful sunsets.
Because our beach faces due
West, the sun sets right there over the ocean.
You don't always realize this
until you visit somewhere else. Where did the sun go? Oh!! It
disappeared behind that 10 storey hotel at 4 pm....

So to celebrate... every
night....365 days a year, there is a Sunset Festival at ....
sunset...at...Pier 60
There you will find Street Performers...
Like the "Tricky Dog
Show" or "Fire Eaters".
You don't need to go all the way
to Key West, we got lots of room here at Pier 60... |

There are many bars & restaurants with
Tiki Huts, and live music during the afternoons and evenings.
On North Beach there is the Palm Pavilion
and Frenchy's
Rockaway.
On South Beach there
is the popular Shephards, Jimmy's Fish House, all with Tiki Bars and
live music. |

Near Pier 60 but
on the Bay Side, there is a marina, where Deep Sea Fishing Charter
boats depart very early every day.
Also you will find many
dolphin encounter boat rides, like the Little Toot and Screamer.
Of course there
are Pirate Ships for the little ones.
