These cottages are privately owned and managed by Teresa and Max Radford.  You will deal directly with us.  We strive to ensure your vacation is easy and carefree from start to finish.  

Once you have decided to stay with us, we will email you a confirmation to reserve your vacation home. 

The confirmation agreement has the information for sending a deposit to secure your booking which is required within 7 days.

Payment of remaining balance plus $100 damage deposit is required 30 days prior to arrival.

• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am
• Saturday to Saturday rental
• A security deposit of $250-$350 per week is due at the time of booking.
• Payment Terms: Money order, Personal or Bank check or Cash
• Payment due 30 prior to arrival
• $100 Damage Deposit required, returned at departure
• Cancellations Accepted: Forfeit security deposit
• Sorry No Pets
• Smoking permitted outside only
