We provide a beautiful "home away from home" for you and your family.                

Plenty of parking available right in front of your ground level cottage. 

No car, no problem.  Try the Jolley Trolley beach transport around town, rent a bicycle or put on the walking flip-flops.

The beach, the sunset, grocery stores, Pier 60, restaurants, marina, aquarium, boat slip, fitness center, tennis courts, basketball courts, library, shops, fishing, community pool with slides, and more shops (whew!) are all within walking distance! 

Of course, there are the heated pools on property, with lots of floaty toys to play with or laze around on.

Gas Barbeques, patio furniture, sun loungers.

Outdoor fresh water shower.

Large Patio area, very private, very nice.

Beach Umbrella, Beach Chairs to take to the beach.

Two minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico!

All beds and pull-out sofas are Queen size.

We provide bath towels, beach towels and bed linens, spare blankets and pillows, spare linens for pull out Sofa bed.

Complimentary Port-a-Crib and highchair available.

 Iron and Ironing board, hairdryer in each cottage.

In the Kitchen you will find a Fridge/Freezer, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Machine, Electric Kettle, Cutlery, Blender, full sets of dishware,  glasses, cooking and serving ware!

We have three Laundry rooms with no fee Washers and Dryers.

Complimentary WiFI, cable TV with over 70 channels, tiled floors, ceiling fans, air conditioning and heating for the occasional chilly winter night. 

Yes, our cottages are as bright and clean as the photos show.
