Dear Teresa and Max,

Tony and I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful stay we had in the Lazy Lemon cottage. The cottage was pristine clean and I loved the pool access from the bedroom. Too bad the weather wasn’t better for swimming!!!

We also enjoyed the television, it was a nice touch. So many times we’ve been to hotels etc. where they have these tiny old TVs and it makes a big difference!!! The Wi-Fi was great too as we Skyped home every night to see our doggies that we missed.

So thanks again for your hospitality and your friendliness. We definitely will be back again.

teresa and max,

thanks so much for everything last week. we had one of the best vacations EVER and the cottage was perfect for us. having the launch ramp around the corner was very convenient - thanks max for talking with us about the waterways and islands. we had a blast checking everything out. i think one of our favorite days was when we went up to the little island north of honeymoon island. then we came back down and ate at five five one for dinner/drinks. their club sandwiches are awesome if you haven't had them :) our other favorite place to eat was clear sky - great pizza and sliders. you guys are doing a great job keeping things neat and clean and well kept - we had everything we needed, and that's hard to do! i think the only thing i looked for and didn't find was coasters - i didn't want to put drink cups on your nice tables. my mom is a freak about using coasters, so i guess it rubbed off. i will keep your info. on file because i can guarantee you we will be booking again for june next year. maybe a bit earlier so that it will hopefully be a bit cooler. on a separate note, i am pretty sure i left my daugthers pink sweater and my son's grey jacket in the bottom drawer in the orange room. i was so diligent about checking everything but must have missed that darn bottom drawer :) anyway, thanks again for everything.

We left Key Lime Sweet a week ago and I want you to know that my wife, my daughter and granddaughters thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your lovely condo. Bright, clean with lots of windows to let in that great Florida sunshine. And the convenience of nearby stores and great restaurant was a plus. My granddaughters are still talking about the fun they had in the pool just a few steps from the back door. I certainly hope that we can return soon. I will recommend you to anyone who may be planning a Florida vacation. Thank you, Jim, Indianapolis.

Our stay in your Tangerine Dream was exactly that, a dream. As soon as we walked in we knew this was a special place because it was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to prepare our own food which is important to us since we mostly eat in when vacationing. There were more than enough linens for the whole week and the beds were very comfortable. One of the things we enjoyed most was the beautifully landscaped and private back patio where we could eat, read or just relax. The attention to detail was evident both inside and out in countless ways. Thank you so much for our fabulous Clearwater Beach accommodations and for making our stay so pleasant. It was wonderful meeting you and we hope to see you again soon.

Just back from one of the best vacations ever !! Started off with a week in Orlando and then finished with a week in Clearwater Islands. We stayed in the Orange Blossom condo which was ideal for a family of 4. This condo is well placed with the pool just outside the kitchen door. Very nice sunny kitchen, spacious and well equipment, automatic ice machine in the fridge, nice kitchen table and chairs set etc. Condo is also very spacious, clean and well decorated with 2 large bedrooms with efficient air conditioning and fans in every room (quieter options for keeping cool when sleeping).

The web site also lists that you don't need to bring anything, only yourselves and it's true - towels provided for the condo and large choice of sun parasol and chairs for the beach. All that's great in itself, but another really big plus is the location only 2 mins walk away from a truly lovely beach. During the week we visited the #1st and #2nd voted best US beaches and I would honestly say that you can't beat the Clearwater beach on the doorstep - definitely our favorite. If you have kids it's best to walk (or drive drop off) 800 yrds to the pier where there are more activities and more shade, but really it's the same beach which is a fantastic white fine sand.

Other points to note is the gym around the corner which opens from 6 a.m, only $15 a day, local stores (ask Teresa) and the library for printing your boarding pass in the morning before you fly back home (note library shuts at 01:00 pm so make sure you do that early). Daughter really loved pool for the early morning dips and the larger public pool with slide nearby.

Big thank you again to Teresa for the faultless organization, from reservation though to checkout. You really have thought of everything which made the trip great, from start to finish. We will have to come back, as one week is not enough !!

Hi Teresa! I’m finally catching up on my e-mails from vacation! It’s late but I just couldn’t go to bed without letting you know what a WONDERFUL time our family had in Clearwater. We’d go there every year if we could. We really felt at home and had such a nice time talking with the other renters as well. The kids simply couldn’t get enough of the pool….the courtyard is SO beautiful! You guys really thought of everything!! Thank you for a great week. We love Clearwater Beach. We have stayed in the Clearwater Beach Hotel in the past, but that place no longer exists. Luckily we found your place on the internet, and we are so glad we did and stayed there. Your place just what we wanted. Close to the beach, and town, so we did not have to take our hired car to get to places, which is a good thing as some of the carparks at the beach looked very full. Your gardens are very nice and tropical. Our children loved the two heated pools, and you keep the place so clean and tidy. You can tell that you really care about your little resort. It was a home from home. We will be emailing you early for a return trip.

Just a quick email to say how nice your rentals are. Very clean, handy for the beach and restaurants. We both had a great time, enjoying the Florida sunshine and relaxing by the pools. We are now looking out of the living room window of our house onto the snowy fairways of the Andover Golf Club here in Lexington. Cold and more cold weather forecast. Next year we plan to get on I75 and drive south to your place. We are going to bring 2 friends, so we will most likely request the 2 bedroom 1 bathroom Coconut Cabana cottage you showed us.

Teresa and Max, Linda and I wanted you to know how much we enjoyed our short stay in the Banana Breeze. The condo is very nice, cozy, clean, colorful and well maintained. All the comforts of home AND warm weather-can't be beat. This was our first experience with staying in a condo instead of a motel while visiting your beautiful state. We would recommend your vacation homes to anyone and are looking forward (over the snowbanks) to visiting with you again but for a longer time. Just a brief note to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at the condo/villa in September. The place was clean, nicely decorated and we loved the back patio and pool. You were there almost every day checking on things. We were very impressed. The walk to the beach was a very short 2 blocks and the fact that you had beach chairs and umbrellas there saved us a bit of money. So thanks again, Pat and Joe, Chesterfield, Mo

My family and I just returned from a fabulous vacation at Clearwater Beach where we stayed at Max and Teresa Radford's vacation homes. We found the condo very clean and well kept-up with plenty of beds for our family. The place was totally furnished and all we needed was groceries. We had a great time with the beach just a couple of minutes away. But the kids admitted that they liked Max and Teresa's lovely pool better than the beach. We visited several other beaches while in Florida, and we found the one by our condo to be the very best with beautiful and clean white sand. We are already planning our next trip and we will definitely stay at their place again.
